Advisory board

The CX Telecoms Advisory Board is made up of UK & Europe's leading customer experience minds from across the telecoms industry. These thought-leaders come together for a quarterly advisory board call, networking meet ups, VIP Exchange experiences and more. 

The mission of the Advisory Board is to provide input, guidance, support and advocacy for the CX Telecoms Exchange as we continue to connect global customer experience leaders  in their pursuit of business wide culture change and seamless digital experience integration through our industry leading Exchanges.

The Advisory Board acts as a conduit for information from a cross-selection of geographies and various sized businesses.  The Advisory Board shall serve in an advisory capacity to the CX Telecoms Exchange team regarding the strategic positioning of its brand, marketing and communications, editorial content and expert participation and contribution.
