Andrew graduated from Cambridge University and then came through the Mars graduate trainee scheme, before embarking on a career that has since been equally split between Retail and Telecoms – both sectors where customer service is absolutely key.  His retail experience includes bricks and mortar, online, mail order and TV shopping, whilst his telecoms experience includes both B2B and B2C, across mobile, fixed line, broadband and managed services. 

Andrew is now Managing Director for Small Business and Residential at Zen Internet, widely accepted as offering the highest standards of service in the UK market.  Zen’s success has been recognised by the UK’s Consumer Association (Which?), who have repeatedly recommended Zen as the best UK provider for service, and also by PC Pro magazine, who have made Zen their top broadband provider for 14 years in a row.
