Sina Simons is a Customer Experience Manager for strategic projects at Deutsche Telekom. Sina is responsible for digitalization and online services at the company. She joined in 2006 and worked in various Marketing related positions like CRM and Marketing Operations. Sina holds a MSc in Strategic Marketing Leadership and a MSc in Business and Management Research from Henley Business School and works currently on her doctoral thesis. Her research is about understanding customers’ emotions associated with Self-Service Technology usage with a view to developing effective communication approaches to increase SST usage.
