Jonathan Kaftzan is responsible for defining, creating and implementing the marketing and business strategy, thought leadership, and roadmap for Amdocs’ Digital, Intelligence & BSS solutions, which includes working hand in hand with service providers to devise their own strategies and business models in this domain. A marketing and business development expert with extensive experience in the global communications industry, Jonathan previously headed marketing for Amdocs Mobile Financial Services which includes mobile money and digital banking solutions in the areas of digital payment, commerce, and international remittance. Recent industry awards recognizing the successful impact of Amdocs’ MFS marketing initiatives include Prêmio Telesíntese award, Frost & Sullivan’s Latin American Mobile Financial Services Industry Company of the Year award and Juniper Research’s Future Digital award (Digital Money Transfer category). Before joining Amdocs where he led product marketing for its managed services division, (and was responsible for successfully developing and launching one of Amdocs’ primary offerings), Jonathan worked in consultancy, specializing in business and marketing strategy. And when he’s not exploring where our digital future is heading, Jonathan is regularly also heading out to sea (literally!) since he is also a certified international yacht skipper and instructor.
