Closed 2014 with 400k net ads, consolidating giffgaff as the market leader for the UK SIM Market. • Reporting into the CEO, lead the organisational strategy, recruitment and development plans for over 20 commerce and digital professionals to support giffgaff strategy. • Established commercial relationships with Google, Apple, Amazon and eBay, as well as with Media, Analytics and Creative agencies. • Responsible for media and onsite optimisation plans leading to improvements of over 15% in key transactional journeys. • Developed teams and technologies that enabled giffgaff to remain competitive in price and proposition. • Lead phones strategy and execution, developed a team to support the business, portfolio and operations. giffgaff phone contracts were awarded by Which? as Recommended Provider in 2014 and 2015 and is the business unit with the highest source of growth within the organisation.
