Andrew graduated from Cambridge University and then came through the Mars graduate trainee scheme, before embarking on a career that started in Retail and moved into Telecoms – both sectors where customer service is absolutely key.  His retail experience includes bricks and mortar, online, mail order and TV shopping, whilst his telecoms experience includes both B2B and B2C, across mobile, fixed line, broadband and managed services. 

Andrew is now Managing Director of Zen Retail, the largest division of Zen Internet.  Zen has over 100,000 customers, and is widely accepted as offering the highest standards of service in the UK market.  Zen’s success has been recognised by the UK’s Consumer Association (Which?), who have repeatedly recommended Zen as the best UK provider for service, and also by PC Pro magazine, who have made Zen their top broadband provider for 15 years in a row.
