Arild Haugen is an experienced telco professional with a 28 years’ career in the industry, mainly in different positions within Telenor, both at the Norwegian headquarter and in the international operations. He holds a M.Sc in Computer Science and has especially focused on business development and project management. The last six years he has been engaged in the digital trasnformation of Telenor and has been working with digital services and ecosystems. He is currently Head of Design in Telenor, leading a team of 40+ designers.
