Fred is a Director at Bain & Company, based in the Brussels office. He is the Head of Bain's EMEA Telco Practice and the Global Product Lead for Bain’s “Simple and Digital”. Fred has led “Simple and Digital” Transformations with several leading Telco’s in the last 3 years, notably with players in the fixed and mobile space in the Nordics, Switzerland and the UK, both challengers and incumbents. With more than 20 years of consulting experience, the common theme across his career has been leading full potential transformations for telco clients across Europe. Frederic holds an MBA from Insead Business School. He worked for Arthur Andersen for 7 years before joining Bain.
