Educated as a graduate in MsC Industrial Design at the University of Technology in Delft, Harry Odenhoven (born in 1962) spent his international career in various executive positions in the market of telecommunications and e-business. He has extensive international experience working in Asia for 5 years and 6 additional years in Global roles making companies more customer centric and putting Digital in the center of the customer experience. The first part of his career consisted of executive marketing roles in the companies KPN, Telkomsel, Peoples Phone and Spotcast. The second part of his career he self-developed into a digital and customer care executive working at Vodafone, both in market as well as Group wide roles. In his previous role Harry was Group Customer Experience and Operations Director in Vodafone responsible for the strategy and performance of the overall customer experience and all digital channels working directly with 21 markets. In September 2018 Harry started as Global Director Operations in Truphone, an international MVNO provider serving 3500+ multinational Enterprises including 10 out of the 12 largest Tier 1 Investment Banks. Truphone is also the only company that offers their own GSMA certified secure eSIM technology, global connectivity and a state of the art management platform under one roof.
