as a Director of Product Management for market leading companies such as
AIRCOM(Teoco), Tektronix(Netscout) and AMDOCS; creating software solutions for
the mobile industry. Spent the last 4 years focusing on Customer Experience
Management (CEM) solutions and how technology and processes can combine to
improve the OpCos focus on the customer and thereby improve their business.
Presently working as Principle CEM consultant within HUAWEI Global Services to
assist Operators through Digital and Customer Experience Transformations.
