Phil EayresChief Customer Officer
Phil is currently Chief Customer Officer at TalkTalk encompassing a broad range of accountabilities all focused on enabling TalkTalk to fulfil its purpose of providing great residential and business low-price connectivity across the UK. He joined TalkTalk in 2014 where he was accountable for leading an extensive customer experience transformation programme, following which he took on responsibility for running the operations of the consumer business before being promoted into his current role. Prior to this, Phil held a variety of strategy, commercial, business development and transformation roles in supermarket retail, consumer goods and in strategy consulting. The common theme across his career has been a relentless focus on achieving growth through transformation of customer experience.
